De helix director is een 2,9 inch - 7cm kleuren display met touchscreen.
Hierop kan men vele functies bedienen zoals het volume op diverse bronnen, het volume van de subwoofer, bron selectie, controle en configuartie van de Helix HEC BT module en het wisselen van diverse geluidsinstellingen.
Het geheugen van de director kan maar liefst 20 sound setups onthouden.
De director heeft ook nog een USB aansluiting waarmee we direct de DSP in kunnen.
 
De director is geschikt voor alle dsp units die gebruik maken van DSP PC-Tool Versie 3 of 4 software gebruiken.
